1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship nationwide across all provinces and cities in Vietnam.
For international orders, please contact us in advance to confirm availability.

2. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order is shipped.

3. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • Ha Noi & TP. Ho Chi Minh: 1–3 business days

  • Other urban areas: 2–5 business days

  • Remote/rural areas: 4–7 business days

Please note that delays may occur due to weather, courier issues, or high-demand periods.

4. Shipping Fees

  • We offer free shipping on all orders over 399,000 VND.

  • For orders below this amount, a flat rate fee of 25,000–35,000 VND will apply depending on the delivery location.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

  • You can track your order status anytime using the tracking link provided.

6. Delivery Partners

We work with trusted courier services such as Giao Hàng Nhanh (GHN), Viettel Post, and J&T Express to ensure reliable and fast deliveries.

7. Missed or Failed Deliveries

  • If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our delivery partner will contact you to reschedule.

  • After 3 unsuccessful attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

8. Shipping Issues & Support

If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you promptly.
