This Shipping Policy explains how Super Car Edutopis (“we,” “us,” “our”) processes, ships, and delivers products ordered through minttoken.click. By placing an order, you agree to this policy along with our Terms & Conditions, Sales Policy, Payment Policy, and Refund & Returns Policy.

1) Delivery Areas

  • We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

  • At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

  • P.O. Boxes are accepted for smaller items; larger items may require a physical street address.

2) Processing Times

  • Orders placed Monday through Friday before 12:00 PM (local time) will typically be processed the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM, on weekends, or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • Preorder or custom-made items will ship when available, and we will provide estimated dispatch times at checkout.

3) Shipping Methods and Estimated Transit

  • Standard Shipping: Typically takes 3–5 business days for delivery to most U.S. locations.

  • Expedited Shipping: Typically takes 2–3 business days.

  • Express Shipping: Typically takes 1–2 business days to major metro areas.

  • Freight Shipping: For larger or bulkier items (e.g., custom car interiors or parts), shipping may take 5–10 business days, and additional fees may apply.

Note: Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary depending on weather, volume of shipments, and remote locations.

4) Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.

  • Additional charges may apply for expedited shipping, remote area delivery, or oversized items.

  • If a shipping error is on our end (e.g., wrong address, damaged goods), we will cover the cost of reshipping.

5) Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

  • Please note that it may take 24 hours for the tracking to update after the carrier picks up the shipment.

6) Split Shipments

  • If your order contains multiple items, we may ship your items separately at no extra charge.

  • You will receive a separate tracking number for each shipment.

7) Address Accuracy and Changes

  • Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is correct. If you notice an error or need to update your address, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • Once your order has been processed and shipped, we cannot reroute it to another address.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs.

8) Delivery and Risk of Loss

  • Risk of loss passes to you once the carrier accepts the shipment.

  • If your delivery is delayed, damaged, or lost, please contact the carrier first. We will assist you with claims if needed but are not responsible for carrier delays.

9) Signature Required for Delivery

  • Some high-value or bulky items may require a signature on delivery. If you need signature service, please contact us before shipment to make arrangements.

10) Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged or is marked delivered but not received, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the damaged items or packaging.

  • We will open an investigation with the carrier and assist with either a replacement or refund depending on the outcome.

11) Shipping Restrictions for Certain Products

  • Some products (e.g., liquids, aerosols, or larger items) may have shipping restrictions due to regulations on hazardous materials or size limitations. These items may only be available for delivery via specific methods (e.g., ground shipping).

12) Freight and Large Item Delivery

  • Items requiring Freight Shipping (e.g., custom-made car parts, oversized décor) will be delivered by a specialized carrier.

  • You may be contacted to schedule a delivery appointment.

  • Curbside delivery is the default service unless otherwise arranged.

13) Failed Deliveries and Refused Packages

  • If a package is refused or cannot be delivered (e.g., missed delivery attempts), we may charge additional fees to reship or process a return under our Refund & Returns Policy.

14) Holidays and Peak Seasons

  • During holidays or peak seasons, please expect longer processing and transit times. We will do our best to keep you updated on any shipping delays.

15) Packaging and Environmental Responsibility

  • We use eco-friendly packaging where possible, including recycled materials and biodegradable padding to protect your items during transit.
