1. Our Commitment to You

We stand behind the quality of our children’s clothing. If your purchase doesn’t quite work out, we will gladly work with you to make it right – whether that means a return, refund, or exchange.


2. What Items Are Eligible for Return or Exchange?

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The item is defectivedamaged, or has quality issues

  • You received the wrong itemwrong size, or wrong color

  • The item does not match the description or product images on our website

  • You ordered the wrong size and would like an exchange (subject to availability)

Items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, unused

  • In the original packaging, with tags still attached

  • Returned in a resellable condition


3. Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Returns after 7 days of receipt

  • Products that are used, stained, torn, washed, or missing tags

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Items on clearance or final sale

  • Accessories such as socks, hairbands, or undergarments (for hygiene reasons)

  • Returns sent without prior approval or without proper documentation


4. How to Request a Return

Please follow the steps below to initiate a return:

  2. Include your Order NumberName, and a brief explanation for the return

  3. Attach clear photos of the product (and any defect, if applicable)

  4. Our customer service team will review your request within 24–48 hours

If approved, we will send you the return shipping address and further instructions.


5. Who Pays for Return Shipping?

  • If the item is defective, incorrect, or damaged:
    → We will cover the full cost of return shipping.

  • If the return is due to size change or personal preference:
    → Customers are responsible for the shipping cost to send the item back to us.


6. Refund Policy

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method used at checkout

  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued

If your return is rejected (e.g., item worn or damaged), we will notify you and return the item back at your cost if you wish.


7. Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange an item for another size, color, or style as long as it:

  • Meets the return eligibility

  • Is in stock at the time of the request

Note: If the desired replacement is unavailable, you can opt for a refund or store credit.


8. Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Items

If your order arrives incompletedamaged, or not as described, please contact us immediately within 3 days of delivery. We will:

  • Send a replacement at no extra cost

  • Or process a full refund if the item is no longer available

  • Cover all shipping costs in these cases


9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after the standard processing time:

  1. Check your bank account or payment app again

  2. Contact your bank or credit card provider
