Refund & Returns Policy – Edutopis Auto Parts Shop

At Super Car Edutopis, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, this Refund & Returns Policy outlines how you can return items and request refunds or exchanges.

1) Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Non-perishable items (car care products, tools, etc.): Must be returned unused, in original unopened packaging, and in resaleable condition within 30 days of delivery.

  • Perishable items (interior trims, seat covers, etc.): These are generally non-returnable unless defective, damaged during shipping, or the wrong item was delivered.

  • Defective or Damaged Goods: Items that are defective, damaged, or do not match the product description can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receiving the order.

2) Non-returnable items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom orders (e.g., bespoke interiors, personalized car decorations, custom-fit products).

  • Gift cards or promotional items.

  • Used products, or products showing signs of wear or installation.

  • Perishable items (such as car interior sprays, fabric treatments, and any items with expiry dates).

3) How to start a return

  1. Contact us at [email protected] or call 502-921-5626 to initiate a return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  2. Provide your order number, details of the item(s) you wish to return, and reason for the return.

  3. We will provide you with detailed instructions for returning the item(s) and a return shipping label (for eligible returns).

4) Return Shipping Costs

  • Our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect items): We will cover return shipping costs.

  • Change of mind: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed upon.

5) How to return the product

  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and any free gifts or promotional items received with the product.

  • Attach the RMA number to the outside of the package.

  • Use a trackable return service for your return shipment. We are not responsible for returns that are lost in transit without tracking information.

6) Exchanges

If you need an exchange, it’s often quickest to place a new order and return the original item. If you are exchanging for the same item, we can hold the exchange for up to 10 days after receiving your return.

7) Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned product.

  • Refunds for perishable or used products may be subject to a restocking fee or denied if they do not meet the return conditions outlined in this policy.

  • Please allow up to 5–10 business days for your refund to be processed once we receive your return. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

8) Restocking Fees

A restocking fee of up to 15% may be applied for non-defective returns of bulk items, special orders, or items that have been used or opened. This fee covers inspection, processing, and repacking costs.

9) Late Returns

Returns made outside of the 30-day return window for non-perishables or 7-day window for defective items may not be accepted.

10) Warranty on Products

Products such as car care tools, accessories, and decorations come with a limited warranty. If a product is defective after use, please contact us for a repair, replacement, or refund based on the warranty terms.

11) Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before shipment by contacting us immediately. If the order has already been shipped, please refer to our return policy for instructions.

12) Changes to this Policy

We may update this Refund & Returns Policy from time to time. The Effective Date above reflects the latest version. All updates will be posted on this page.
