This Payment Policy explains how payments are handled for orders placed on minttoken.click or through direct communication with Super Car Edutopis (“we,” “us,” “our”). By placing an order, you agree to this Policy along with our Terms & Conditions, Shipping Policy, Sales Policy, and Refund & Returns Policy.

1) Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit and Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

  • PayPal and PayPal Credit (where available).

  • Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other digital wallets accepted during checkout.

  • Bank Transfers may be offered for large orders; please contact us directly for more information.

  • Buy Now, Pay Later options (if available) via third-party providers such as Klarna or Afterpay.

2) Pricing, Currency, and Taxes

  • All prices on the Site are listed in USD (U.S. Dollars).

  • Sales Tax: Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. Sales tax is added to your total at the time of purchase.

  • Prices may change without notice; the price at the time of order confirmation applies to your purchase.

  • All prices include VAT (where applicable) for customers in the United States.

3) Authorization, Capture, and When You’re Charged

  • Authorization: When you place an order, we place an authorization on your payment method for the total order amount. This holds the funds but does not charge your card yet.

  • Capture: We capture the payment once the order is processed, dispatched, or when the product is ready for shipment. For certain products (e.g., preorders, custom-made items), payment may be captured immediately.

  • If your payment is not successfully processed, we will notify you to update the payment information.

4) Deposits and Prepayments

  • Certain custom orders, preorders, or bulk purchases may require a deposit or full prepayment.

  • If a deposit is required, you will be notified at checkout, and the remaining balance will be due before shipment.

  • If the product is unavailable or the order is canceled, the deposit will be refunded in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.

5) Fraud Prevention and Verification

  • To protect against fraud, we may use fraud detection tools, such as AVS (Address Verification Service) and CVV checks.

  • In some cases, you may be asked to complete additional identity verification (e.g., 3D Secure or a verification code).

9) Gift Cards, Coupons, and Promotions

  • Gift Cards: If you receive a gift card, it is redeemable for products on minttoken.click. The value of the gift card will be deducted from your total order at checkout.

  • Coupons and Discounts: Only one promo code or coupon can be used per order unless explicitly stated otherwise. Coupons cannot be applied retroactively and are valid only during the promotional period.

10) Subscriptions and Auto-Renewals

  • If you subscribe to any subscription-based product or service, the billing will automatically renew at the end of the subscription term, unless canceled.

  • You will be notified before the renewal charge is made, and you may choose to cancel at any time prior to the renewal date to avoid further charges.

  • Subscription charges will be processed according to the terms provided at checkout.

11) Refunds and Processing Time

  • Once an order is refunded, the payment will be credited back to the original payment method. Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution’s processing time.

  • Please note that shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged items).

  • At this time, we only offer shipping and payment processing for orders within the United States.
