1. Accepted Payment Methods

We currently accept the following payment options:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
    Pay in cash when the product is delivered to your address. Available for all locations across Vietnam.

  • Bank Transfer
    You may transfer the payment to our designated bank account. Order processing will begin once payment is confirmed.

  • E-Wallets (Coming Soon)
    We are working to integrate popular e-wallets such as Momo, ZaloPay, and VNPay for greater convenience.

2. Payment Currency

All prices and payments are made in Vietnamese Dong (VND).

3. Order Confirmation

  • For COD orders, confirmation will be sent immediately after placing your order.

  • For bank transfers, your order will be confirmed and shipped after the payment has been received successfully.

  • You will receive a confirmation email or SMS once your order is ready for delivery.

4. Security and Safety

  • All payment transactions are encrypted using industry-standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology.

  • We do not store any of your payment information (bank account numbers, card details, etc.) on our servers.

5. Failed or Declined Payments

If your payment fails, please:

We reserve the right to cancel or put on hold any orders with unpaid or suspicious transactions.

6. Invoicing & Receipts

  • A digital invoice will be sent to your email after your payment is confirmed.

  • If you require a printed invoice or VAT invoice, please contact us at checkout or within 24 hours of placing your order.
